With Teamviewer, we can help you directly through remote control. This means that with your approval we can remotely control your computer, just as if we were there. The remote control is encrypted and requires passwords held only by Farsight support team.

2. Click the Quicksupport (Windows) link.
3. Run / open the downloaded file.
4. Enter the numbers that appear next to “ID” in Teamviewer.
